One Day Internationals such as the NatWest Trophy are a form of international cricket where a game is played over the course of a single day and with a limited number of overs bowled by each team - typically 50. Unlike Test cricket a lot of one-day cricket is played in the form of tournaments with more than two teams. The most famous of these is the Cricket World Cup played once every four years between all Test-playing nations, as well as several representatives from other cricket-playing nations who qualify through a series of qualifying matches.
